This free printable scavenger hunt for kids was in high demand last weekend! If you follow us in social media, you know that Katie just participated in a neighborhood ‘Round Robin‘ holiday party! (AKA progressive party or safari supper.) Every house had a fun drink and a part of the meal!We decided to involve the kids for a few reasons. #1. We knew the kids would have a blast and #2. The parties took place at our homes, so unless you send them off to grandma and grandpa’s, it’s hard to find a place for them to go! lol
House 1 was just the ladies because it was a little out of the hood. The dads stayed home with the kiddos and met up with us at house #2. House #1 was bourbon bombs and appetizers for the ladies while the kids did a scavenger hunt. House #2 was Merry Mules , more appetizers and a tube sock snowman craft for the kiddos. House #3 was Grinch Punch, the main course (Logan’s brisket), dessert and a Christmas movie for the kids in our theater downstairs. Even though we had a total of six families involved, we only made three house stops and only two with kids… because moving 11 kids from house to house seems like a lot of work! The families partnered together on planning drinks, food, and activities for the kids so everyone played a part!
I asked both my kids what their favorite part of the night was and they both said the scavenger hunt! My friend, Laura, planned ours specifically for our homes, but Melissa and I reworked them a bit and added more so it could work for anyone! It can be mixed and matched and you could use all of the clues or just a few! It would work great for family gatherings, kid’s birthday parties, a fun weekend activity, or something to do while your whole family is in quarantine! haha!
