Egg Roll in a Bowl is one of those meals I created out of desperation and an empty fridge! It is a huge hit with everyone in my family and I have made it a few times since. It’s just perfect for a quick, weeknight meal.

This Chicken and Rice Skillet is family favorite. I am always trying to find or create recipes that use less dishes and are quick and easy! This one hits both of those! Not to mention the flavor is insane. This was one of those meals when I ate it the first time and as leftovers, I found myself saying “oh my gosh, yum”.
