M+K Tried & True ABSOLUTE Favorite Leggings
We are both busy moms who run a fashion blog and love to workout and move our bodies. We’ve been trying on leggings for all of your like it’s our J.O.B (because it is! LOL) for over five years. Here are our top three picks.
1. LOF Leggings are the ones we reach for the most and they are the ones we wear for both everyday and the gym. Our favorite part: #1. THE FIT and #2. The fabric. They are high-waisted the waist does not roll AT ALL. They are a medium compression legging. If you are a leggings snob and haven’t tried these, YOU NEED TO. Sizing suggestion: Katie: XS / Melissa: SMALL (They fit TTS)
#2. The Lululemon Wonder Train leggings are our favorite for HITT workouts and running. They are high compression. These are our top pick for cardio workouts, but not for everyday wear. These are gym only leggings. Too much compression for everyday wear. FAB for high-impact. Sizing Suggestion: Katie: 2 / M: 4
#3. The CRZ Yoga butterlift leggings are, hands down, our favorite affordable legging. They are so great for everyday b/c the are a low impact legging, making them comfortable, but with just little compression to give the buns a little shape. LOL These are great for arm day at the gym! Sizing Suggestion: K: XXS / M: XS (SIZE DOWN ONE)
M+K Sizing for reference: Katie is a size 0/XS. 24/25 in Jeans and dress size 0. Melissa is a size small/2. Size 25/26 in jeans and a dress size 2.
