Breakfast Tacos
We eat these breakfast tacos on repeat in our house! They are the perfect, quick breakfast and OH SO tasty!

- 1-2 eggs (scrambled)
- 2 corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup cheese (I love sharp cheddar)
- salsa
- white onion and cilantro (chopped)
- 2 slices avocado
Scramble eggs on the stove in oil over a medium heat.
While eggs are cooking, warm tortillas. My favorite way is over the burner if you have a gas stove.
Once eggs are cooked, add to tortilla and then layer in the cheese, salsa, onion, cilantro, and avocado.
