(based on preference)

feta
(block or crumbles)
Dressing

EVOO

cup
red wine vinegar

oregano

salt
Instructions
Combine all of the fresh ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add the dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until combined. It will thicken.
Add sauce to other bowl and stir to coat everything evenly.
Enjoy as is, as a side or over a bed of greens!
