Gluten Free Blender Waffles

These are a Buell family favorite and are naturally gluten free!
Course Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1.5 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 overripe banana
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1-2 tsp. sugar (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Put everything into a blender and blend!
  • Use batter to make waffles in your waffle iron.
  • Top with fruit, whipped cream, yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, honey, chocolate chips, or anything you want!
