Gluten Free Ham and Broccoli Quiche
A simple spin on the classic quiche

Crust Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup King Arthur Measure for Measure GF flour
- 1 stick butter cut into squares
- 5 Tbsp. ice cold water
Filling Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup chopped/cooked broccoli I buy a bag of frozen broccoli and let it thaw
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Preheat the oven to 375.
Start by adding the flour and cubed butter to a food processor and pulse until combined.
Add in the 5 Tbsp. cold water and pulse until dough is sticky and formed.
Spray a round pie pan with oil and then press the crust into the pan. You can roll it out too, but I always just press it down and it works fine!
In a large bowl add the eggs and whisk.
Add in the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Pour over the crust.
Bake at 375 for about 40-45 minutes or until a fork comes out clean and the top is solid. Enjoy!
