Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees.
Line the corn tortillas on the pan and spray both sides with oil and lightly salt.
While oven preheats brown the ground beef and add taco season/water (according to the package).
Put the tortillas in oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Next, heat the refried beans in the microwave.
Once the tortillas are done, spread a layer of the beans on each tortilla.
Top with meat and shredded cheese of choice.
Bake again for 5-10 minutes, just to reheat.
While they are baking, prep all the toppings.
Once the tostadas are done, top with desired toppings and enjoy!!
