1.5Tbsp. chili powder(or you can skip the spices and add 1 Hy-Vee chili spice packet)
1 tspcumin
1 tsp salt
1/4cup sour cream
1/2- 1cup your favorite cheese
Instructions
Start by browning the beef and onion using the saute feature.
Once browned, add in everything into the Instant Pot except the cheese and sour cream.
Stir to combine.
Set to manual (the cook time will be the time to cook the pasta divided in half and then subtract 2.). If the cook time is 8 minutes on the pasta box. Cut in half - 4 and then subract 2. So you will set the cook time to 2.
Make sure the vent is on sealing.
Release pressure once done, and stir in the sour cream and cheese.
