Start by rinsing the rice and set aside.
Using the saute feature, add oil and garlic to the Instant Pot.
Shortly after, add in rice and allow to toast/brown slightly.
Turn off saute and add in broth, salt, and the zest and juice of one lime.
Set to manual for 3 minutes.
Release pressure.
Mix in cilantro and it's ready to go!
