Sausage and Veggie Pasta
Quick and easy pasta dish with your favorite sausage and vegetables. Easily made to be gluten and dairy free!

- 1 package chicken sausages cut into thin rounds
- 2 handfuls spinach chopped
- 1 package pasta of choice we use gluten free brown rice pasta
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 large heads of broccoli
- 1/2 container chive and herb cream cheese we use dairy free Boursin
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 2-3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Start by boiling water and cooking pasta according to package
Heat oil in a large skillet/pan over medium high.
Add in chopped veggies, chicken sausage, salt and garlic powder.
Cover and cook until veggies are soft and slightly golden brown.
Add in cream cheese and mix.
Drain pasta and add to veggie/sausage mixture.
Add jar of pasta sauce and mix to combine.
Add spinach and stir until wilted.
Serve and top with parmesan or other cheese of choice!
