Ingredients

cups
chopped veggies of your choice
(brussel sprouts, asparagus, peppers, broccoli, etc.)

diced potatoes of choice

diced chicken sausage

Tbsp.
avocado oil
1/4
tsp
salt, pepper, garlic powder
Aioli
1/2
cup
mayo
2
Tbsp
lemon juice
1/4
tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add diced veggies, potatoes and chicken sausage to a large bowl.
Add oil, seasonings, and toss!
Spread on a large pan (or 2 depending on size) lined with parchment paper.
I spray the top with oil and add a little more salt to make sure everything is coated, but this is optional!
Put in oven and roast for about 20-25 minutes.
While that is in the oven, mix up everything for the aioli and set aside.
When the sheet pan dinner is done, drizzle with aioli and enjoy.
