Slaw

shredded cabbage

mayo

Sauce

coconut aminos

grated ginger

Tbsp
rice vinegar

arrowroot or corn starch

Instructions
Start by adding the frozen meatballs to a pan over medium high heat with 2 Tbsp. of water and cover. Stir from time to time until browned!
While those are cooking, mix together the ingredients for the slaw and the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
Once the meatballs are done, turn the heat down to medium low and then add the sauce. Stir to combine and thicken.
Next, assemble the lettuce cups. Start by adding the slaw to the lettuce cup, and then top with a meatball and chopped green onion!
