Preheat the over to 425 degrees.
Start by washing and drying the sweet potatoes.
Cut them into pieces (sticks) that are about 4 in. long by 1/2 in wide.
In a large bowl, mix together the sweet potato pieces, the avocado oil and the spices.
Toss to combine and then lay them flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping them half way. Remove them when they are golden brown.
While they are baking, mix together the mayo, sriracha, honey and worcestershire sauce. Set aside until the fries are ready.
Serve as a side and enjoy!
